What I’m thinking about
I’ve been reflecting on the boutique vs big agency mindset. There’s a lot we gain by being small - clarity, agility, less noise, more nerve. But it also means the margin for error is thinner. There’s nowhere to hide. Every person, every piece of work, every decision - it all counts more. The work is more exposed, but also more yours.
Turns out, being small doesn’t mean thinking small. It just means thinking together.
